When you order from a country within the EU and some other countries VAT and customs fees may be charged to you when receiving the order. You can contact your local customs for an estimation of these fees and they will later be charged to you by our courier.
Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise as a result of other economic damage will be reported to the police. We hold the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel us to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Private consumers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return their order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to us should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, a fee of 10 USD in shipping return will be charged. We have the right to replace defective products with products of the same style. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
